Teenie heart
06.20.2011
I’m usually not big on wearing gold or hearts but I am kind of over the moon for this Teenie heart necklace from Jane Hollinger. It’s dainty, delicate and ultra feminine, and in my opinion, would add a little dirty innocent schoolgirl quality to any outfit!

WeWood
06.14.2011

One watch. One tree. One planet. That’s the motto of this high tech timber timepiece company, WeWOOD. It’s the offspring of an Italian shoe dude and two green entrepreneurs, who together combine scrap wood and Miyota movements to create fashionable, unique, eco-friendly wooden watches.
The first watch was designed in 2010 and was instantly an icon for sophisticated sustainability. Since its inception, WeWOOD has opened in Los Angeles and teamed up with tree-planting-partner, American Forests. The goal of this partnership is to help restore our precious earth, by planting a tree for every WeWOOD purchased. In just the first three months, WeWOOD planted 5,000 trees with American Forests!
Shoot that poison arrow
04.05.2011

Or maybe just rubber-dipped arrow. Sorry for the sad 80′s music reference, I’m a product of my youth, what can I say. Still though, I am loving this copper and dipped arrow ring I spotted on Making it Lovely this morning! The best part is that it is totally affordable (only $24) and it comes in 3 different colors. I am not a big ring wearer other than my wedding bands, but I think I could make an exception for this little number!
Electric love
08.04.2010

Made from old electrical wire sourced from a used building material supplier right here in the old U.S. of A., the Electric Love hand knotted rings from Grain are about as green as you can get. Well, except for this one because it’s blue, but you know what I mean. Their site even provides a ring sizer and instructions for how you can recycle it as well.

Strawberry Lemonade

That’s the name of this FAB-U-LOUS necklace from my fave and yours, Anthropologie. And for only $38, it might just be the single item from Anthro that I can actually afford!
It’s not over yet!

Fall foliage
09.28.2009
I can’t think of a better way to get ready for fall than with some fall foliage and this nature-inspired jewelry from roundabout designs fits the bill just perfectly! And the best part about it is that each piece isĀ under $20!

A statement piece
09.23.2009
How’s this for a statement piece? Nothing says “Look at me!” better than a ginormous piece of jewelry. The night blossom ring is made of sterling silver and measures over 1 1/4 inches wide. Now, I’d probably have to drag my arm behind me like an orangutan with my little fingers, but hey – for this – I’d be willing.

Lasting impression
09.08.2009

How’s this for a super creative and totally unique wedding band? Created by Brent and Jessica Williams Design, the Fingerprint Wedding Bands are made from an impression of your own (or your loved one’s) fingerprint. Customizable in gold or silver, the print can be featured tucked away on the inside or proudly displayed on the outside.
I’m planning another wedding for my 10 yr. anniversary, I’m thinking these might be necessary…

Sorry for the Austin Powers reference, I couldn’t help myself. But how awesome is this Laser Beam ring? So unique! So hip! And the open design seems like even those with little cocktail wieners for fingers (such as myself) could wear it. Yup, I need one.
