Carbohydrate Friday: Buffalo Chicken Rolls
I almost felt bad posting this recipe after spending nearly an hour surfing the site where I found it (thanks to Pinterest!) – Can You Stay For Dinner?. Andie Mitchell is the hostess and she is breathtakingly beautiful. And completely admirable for the fact that she has a website with recipes such as this one and has recently lost 135 lbs. Yes, you read that right, 135 lbs. Impressive right?
But I only felt bad for a moment because I figured that if Andie is making this recipe and posting it on her site and has managed to reach a place of peace in her relationship with food (and YES, it is a relationship, not that different from a spouse), then I shouldn’t feel bad about sharing it, eating it, and enjoying absolutely everything about it!
